1. Welcome
By using Faelyn you agree to these Terms. Faelyn is a verified, no-filter community where members share their real, unedited selves. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use Faelyn
You must be at least 13 years old. You may only have one account, and you must use it as yourself — impersonation, fake profiles, or accounts representing someone else are not allowed.
3. Your content
You own the photos and information you upload. By posting on Faelyn you grant us a limited license to display that content to other users as part of the service. You promise that your verified photo is a real, unedited, current photo of you.
4. Community rules
No filtering, retouching, or AI-generated faces on your verified photo. No harassment, hate speech, nudity that violates local laws, or content involving minors. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules.
5. Reports and moderation
You can report any profile you believe breaks the rules. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action at our discretion.
6. Disclaimers
Faelyn is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that profiles are 100% authentic or that connections made through Faelyn are safe. Use good judgment when meeting people online.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
